Service Description

A casual, supportive, facilitated gathering for women in perimenopause and menopause. A welcoming, non-judgmental space to connect and talk openly about what you’re experiencing, what you’re struggling with, what’s going well, and the resources or strategies you’ve found helpful along the way. Each month, the conversation is shaped by the women who are there. Share as much or as little as you’d like, listen to others, and connect with women who understand what this experience can be like. Tea and snacks will be provided.
