The Becoming Ritual Circle is a facilitated closed-circle for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who are looking for more than education & information. Together, we'll create space to slow down, reflect, and acknowledge the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of this life transition. Each gathering weaves together guided reflection, song, journaling, meditation, creative expression, and simple rituals to help you process and honor change with intention. Through seasonal practices and meaningful ceremonial acts, we'll honor what is ending, make space for what is emerging, and find connection in shared experience. Whether you're carrying grief, searching for meaning, or simply longing to be in community with other women who understand, The Becoming Ritual Circle offers a place to pause, be witnessed, and remember that you don't have to navigate this transition alone. Community Supported Pricing: I believe healing work should be accessible while also being sustainable. If you have the financial capacity, choosing the Supporter Rate helps make lower-cost spaces available for those who otherwise couldn't participate.
